MAXSAN RENT-A-CAR

Terms of use MaxSan rent-a-car services:

Restoring the vehicle to 1 hour delay allowed, afterwards every begun hour will be paid 200.00 RSD.

Traffic fines and parking bears contractor (lessee).

All insurance requirements do not apply in cases where the lessee or another driver has used the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or arrogant behavior.

Defective tire and rim out of a registered accidents lessee paid separately.

It is strictly prohibited to operate the vehicle in a state of drunkenness, as well as provide a vehicle to others for use. In such cases, insurance does not recognize the damage and a signatory to this Agreement shall bear all costs of any damage.

Lessee must call the police and make a report in the event of damage of the vehicle, otherwise the costs are borne by the lessee vehicles.

The rental fee does not include the following risks: Disability (partial or complete) and the death of the driver or passenger in a rented vehicle as a result of an accident.

If the renter returns the vehicle before the deadline executed this agreement the lessor reserves the right to charge 30% of the balance of the lease.
